Job Title:   Case Manager
 

Case Manager wanted to develop case action plans and coordinate services for clients in emergency shelter and transitional living program.  Good communications with clients and staff, and a working knowledge of community resources are musts.  Bilingual a plus.  Requirements: bachelor’s degree in human services or social work; or associate’s degree and 5 years equivalent field experience.   Send resume and cover letter to: Director of Programs, Friendship Service Center of New Britain, P.O.
